Feedback & target agreement

To this end, you coordinate with your manager every six months in an appraisal interview. Together, you will agree on targets, the achievement of which will determine salary increases and bonus payments. You will also receive detailed feedback from all company interfaces so that you can better assess the success of your personal development. In addition, you will receive regular personnel development meetings to provide you with optimum support in your development.

Get to know each other and recognise common motivation & expectations

This interview forms the basis for the rest of the application process. You will get to know the structure of the company and our positioning in more detail and we are particularly curious about your motivation: Why are you enthusiastic about a role at SCERTAS?

It is also important for us to work out mutual expectations in this first step.

From the very beginning, the entire process is accompanied by continuous feedback discussions.

The second meeting is a professional exchange. Here you have the opportunity to work on a case study with one of our experts and discuss it professionally.

The case studies are customised for you based on your previous experience.

Identifying perspectives and making joint decisions

The third interview is used to make a decision.

In the final interview, you will get to know the career prospects at SCERTAS in detail and complete the basis for making a decision. Final questions can be asked and expectations clarified.
